Lunch Bunch Program Overview

Lunch Bunch is an optional, pay-per-use program. It is very popular with children and parents alike. During this time children eat the lunch they’ve brought from home, clean up, and have unstructured play, stories, and songs. On their school days, children will be escorted to Lunch Bunch by an adult at the appropriate time. For less than the cost of a babysitter, you get a certified teacher and experienced teacher aides who direct crafts, songs, stories, and of course, lunchtime.

Monday and Wednesday sessions begin on Monday, September 28. These are extended day sessions, designed for the 4 and 4+ classes, however, a child in the 3 year old program may at any time attend this session. The fee for this class is $10 per day. It is from 11:45am/12:00pm until 2:00pm.

A Tuesday session, designed only for the children in the 3 year old classes, will begin on November 3. This too, is an extended day program and runs from 11:45am to 1:30pm. The fee is $8.00 per day.

Each child should bring a healthy lunch, including a drink, and two napkins. Proper cleanliness habits and nutritious eating are stressed.

These programs are open to all currently enrolled students, and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-up sheets are posted on the bulletin board just inside the entrance of the school.
